We're in Nanning and less than 3 hours from Jada!!

We found out we will not be going to Beihai, Jada's hometown. We're in Nanning, which is the capital of Guangxi Province. We have paperwork to fill out in 15 minutes, then at 3:40pm we leave to go to the Civil Affairs Office and at 4:30pm Nanning time, we get Jada!!

So, it'll be 3am in Louisiana when we get her. If anyone comments between 3am and 5am Louisiana time, we'll bring home a special gift for you!!

We're in Nanning now, this is our Nanning Tour Guide. He's giving us brilliant history on the city of Nanning. Nanning has history of 1800 years!! Did it ever sink in how young a country the USA is? I'm becoming more and more of a China fan and a history fan in general. Really cool stuff.

Another fabulous hotel AWAA set us up in!!

Beautiful lobby and the landscaping from the airport to the hotel (30 minute drive) was AWESOME. These people know how to landscape! Beautiful!

OK, it's time for us to go fill out paper work. I know the last post, I said the next post would include pics of Jada. Well, learn some patience like we have!!
