Sunday Church & The Great Wall

Church was held at Beijing International Christian Fellowship. They rent an auditorium and because of Chinese Law, must check passports at the entrance. No local Chinese citizens can attend the service. The only way they can hold a Christian church service is to make sure no local Chinese are in attendance. Pretty Neat.

Then we went to The Great Wall, one of the 7 wonders of the world. Simply awesome! Just read some history on the wall. Very interesting.

Other than that, we had lunch and dinner and got all our luggage packed because we have a 4:15am wakeup call. At 5:45am we leave the hotel and head to the airport to fly to Nanning. Then we'll be filling out paperwork and getting Jada tomorrow!!

We're really tired. They dragged us around all weekend, but it was worth it! China really has a deep, rich, culture. They have buildings over 600 years old. Trees that are 800 years old. The U.S. is only a little over 230 years old, so think on that for a bit. They have buildings 3 times older than our country!! We're headed to bed.

Here's some pics: Gered & Brandi at the base of The Great Wall.
This is where marriage counseling was performed in ancient China. Women picked from the left and men picked from the right.

Hanna & Brandi with Brenda & Tut in the background.

Yeah, we paid to have this done...
