Oh, the suspense!!! AGONY! AAGGOONNYY!!!
This was posted on the Chinese Consulate for Adoption Affaires today at 2pm:
"The CCAA has finished the placement of children for the families whose adoption application documents were registered with our office before June 28, 2005."
Now, our Log In Date is June 28, 2005. So, we don't know if that means "on or before" June 28, 2005 (YEAH) or "before but not including" (BOOO) June 28, 2005.
So, we just wait for the phone call!!! But, it's looking GOOD!!

Edit: According to previous referral announcements, whenever they give a date, the LID's for that date ARE INCLUDED!!!
